| The whole point of KOTOR games is for you to experiment, and try new things in the game, with your character etc. I remember going all the way to more than halfway through the original game with a Jedi/Solider who didn't use lightsabers, and used firearms and vibroblades, while clad in Mandalorian Armor. | You think there was a reason those "guards" were left behind? Maybe they weren't ready for real combat? Not all Mandalorians are bad a** fighters.
