I did patches and gum, but I still got the shakes. I smoked way too much.

I’m doing it right now without the patch cause my sleep is all over where sleep like two cycles a day plus it gets me out of the apartment where in a small small basement bachelor

Oh don’t have no shakes but cravings are intense cause not there yet on quitting for the most part am a pack every 1-2 days but it’s still the go too for getting out for air. Hope now with warmer weather to slowly change that and quit smoking

Its really the committing to it I've tried patches before without much side efforts outside of sleeping with it on is not the best idea

Ironically, you're lucky you can't afford to continue smoking. It gives you a solid real barrier against smoking. Hopefully that'll help you give it up. Humans weren't mean to be chimneys and I worry about anyone who smokes who I care about.

Yea but at the same time its a bitch cause its hard to start to quit smoking even if the barrier is not being able to afford it
