Ugh been up since 11pm and only 1030am with group at 130 already left even if I’ll be up there 2 hours early

Yea generally have been able to do like 7pm or 8pm until 4am-6am but no the day I have group, I sleep 7pm-11pm and ain’t able to fall back to sleep

Up at the mal clinic out of 2 hours early plus is will see my sister and niece even if my sister is bringing her in from being sick

I've been taking some sleeping pills but not the good strong ones so haven't really been working

I’m failing merisably at what the Resident wanted pushing taking pill back to 9pm - a lot of naps too. Hope once got computer back up and everything cause it’s hard cause generally like to multi of post and watch
