I haven't had those since I was in like junior high!

So I did something crazy today. I got up at 5 am, took a 5:50 bus to go to the Hot Topic inside Toys R Us in Times Sq at 7 am to get a ticket to the New Moon event they are having on the 19th.

LOL

Then I hopped on the 8:12 bus to go back home because my family and I went to a Bat Mitzvah at 10:30 am.

I have never been to a Bat Mitzvah (or an Jewish celebration) before. The ceremony was an interesting thing to see. I had never been inside a Temple before.

And the party was off the hook! The DJs were awesome! I haven't had that much fun at a party since I was a kid

I am so exhausted.

No, no.

I was there for only about a 1/2 hour. The lines were reasonable and fast.
I was on a 8:12 bus heading home.

I saw Carrie Fisher's show Wishful Drinking today. Hysterical of course. She also had a Q&A after. I'll talk more about it tomorrow. I am exhausted tonight.

I'll break it down.
5 am - wake up
5:50 - got on the bus
6:45 - arrive at Toys R Us and meet my friends on line.
7 am - the store opens
7:30 am - got my ticket, said goodbye to my friends, make my way to the bus stop.
8:12 - got on the bus.
9 am I was home

Jerry, where was the wife that she is coming home?

OH! When you said 5:30 I thought the store was opening at 5:30. That makes waaay more sense. I couldn't figure out the time gap between 5:30 and 8:12.
