| Fan Forum's Finest  | Thank you Jerry and Kara for the well wishes. However, my grandfather past away today around noon. He had had bone cancer and the chemo treatments just weakened and damaged his heart. I know he's no longer suffering and at peace. The way he was speaking yesterday I think he was ready to go. We are having a service for him on Thursday. I am still thinking about what to do about my trip. I was speaking to my friend today. I may delay my flight till the Friday or the weekend. I am so sad and just going through some bouts of crying and then we're thinking of some good times, looking at pictures, and those memories make us smile. And cry. It might be ok to get away for a week after the funeral to keep my mind occupied. | Fan Forum's Finest | Thank you everyone for all your kind words.  (Laura, I tired to get on to Hayden's board, but  was not working.)We are doing ok. My mom, sister and I made a collage of lots of photographs to display during his viewing. We are going to surprise my grandma with it tomorrow. His funeral will be on Thursday morning. Today has been very bitter sweet. It think I have accepted his passing but still terribly miss him. After talking about it with my friend and family I will be flying down on Friday instead of tomorrow. So I think tonight will be my last posts here till I return from Fla. | Master Fan | Mine was okay,nothing special really...did some shopping,got some new shoes,a new hoodie,a new bikini, that kind of thing...I also bought a British comedy series on dvd called Men Behaving Badly,it was on sale and I remember it being quite funny...so that's about it... how was yours? I haven't the slightest clue on what's going on in Smallville these days, eventhough I stopped actively watching the show like years ago, I've still known a bit about what's happening and now I haven't the slightest clue who's even in the show anymore I'm assuming Clark's still there | |||
