Kylo literally says "please". Anakin is a mess right from the get-go when he speaks to Padme, and he's just killed a bunch of innocents, whereas Kylo killed Snoke - for him and Rey.

This is Kylo's only point of temper throughout his speech -

... And it's a direct reaction to Rey's "please, don't go this way" - in other words, it bugs him that she doesn't understand his reasons for the proposal.
