I saw New York, I Love You last night. It was good. I liked it. Natalie has such a small part but I thought she was really good in it. She spoke some Yiddish and I wonder if she already knew it or had to learn. She plays a Jewish girl and on the eve of her wedding shaved her head. So she's wearing a wig. I have no idea when her segment was filmed but I am so curious to find out if it was back in 2005 when she shaved her head for V for Vendetta.

Wonder where I can find that out?

Also she didn't direct the segment she was in. She directed another segment. I liked that one. I am so tired right now and will detail it more later.

I think it's because her features are very subtle, so she doesn't need the hair to soften her. I need hair to take away from my nose (which is on the large side ).

As for Natalie speaking Yiddish, she does speak Hebrew, and Yiddish is kind of a germanic hebrew, so maybe it was easy for her to learn? Pretty impressive though.

Oh yes, I forgot she knew Hebrew. I liked her in the movie. She was smart with wit.

If you get the chance to see the film I recommend it.
