Maybe a minor villain, but the final installment of a trilogy seems too late to be introducing a completely new main villain. I hope Phasma (maybe even Snoke somehow) comes back, and Hux gets to stop being treated like a joke. I want Hux to get confirmation that Kylo murdered Snoke, snap, turn on Kylo and seriously injure him, and take over as Supreme Leader before dying with the First Order in a blaze of fanatical fury.
