I was listening to the Science Fiction Film Podcast. They had an episode about Episode II and it made me think, the way Anakin behaves towards Padme, how this film would be viewed in light of the MeToo# Movement. Clearly, a lot of what Anakin says and behaves towards her, makes Padme very uncomfortable. The whole set-up when you think about their romance is very stalkerish and really creepy. Even some of his ideas, that a dictatorship is better than a democracy and the fact that he slaughters sand people, how is Padme not weirded out by Anakin?

Just something I was thinking.

I do agree that Anakin behaved in a way that should've creeped Padme out, especially when he killed the kids!
