I have a strange feeling Kylo may end up being the big baddie. Kylo did say he will finish what Vader started, and what Vader's main goal was to kill his boss. and become his own boss. The Grandson of Vader wouldn't be a yes man to a guy name Snoke.

With the way Disney treated Han&Leia, I'm not trusting them on redeeming Kylo. That's like in the Aftermath books, it revealed Leia knew the darkside was after Kylo, and she decided not to tell Han because he wouldn't understand because he wasn't a force sensitive.

That was stupid. But I really think they're going to redeem him. I think his story will mirror Vader's, just backwards. Anakin was fighting the dark side and surrendered to it, Kylo is fighting the light side and will surrender to it.

I think Abrams said Kylo needed to fill Vader's shoes, and that's why they had him kill Han. In other words he had to do something crueler than anything Vader had ever done.

But JJ also said the act made him weaker, that it didn't have the effect on Kylo that Kylo wanted. The act unraveled him. It didn't make him stronger.

Then there's all the photos released so far with him looking rather defeated or sad.

Kylo killing Han had the opposite effect on him that he wanted, we have that deleted scene of him on the snow that shows that and was explained by the directors as that.

Vader killed little kids in training (not even talking about planning destruction, I'm talking about chopping them off with his lightsaber in the prequels), I don't see how Kylo killing Han in a desperate act of fighting his light side is worst than that, I'm gonna have to disagree with Abrams on that one

Maybe he killed the wrong parent. I wonder if Kylo actually does hate Leia and not Han?

I think he loves Leia and would never touch her to be honest But it's totally a gut feeling, nothing that was shown
