sorry I am late. I meant I guess R2 D2 would have a lot of lovely moments to show the twins about Padme and AP but in the end it wouldn't change what happened in the end with them.

I just watched an episode of this British show called SKINS and there was this episode where a girl named Abigail dressed up Leia and made his "boyfriend" dress up as Luke.

One character named Anwar (played by Slumdog Milliionaire's Dev Patel) then commented: "Do you think she even watched the movies? Do you reckon she knows Luke's supposed to be her brother?"

That's actually interesting. For some reason, popular culture seems to expect twins to share everything, including, for some odd reason, their beds. If there is a set of fictional twins out there, you can expect somebody, SOMEWHERE has written an erotic fanfic about them, as a corollary to Rule 34.

Star Wars narrowly averts this trope, but that doesn't mean that it averts Rule 34, what with its Twi'leks and metal bikinis.

I'm not 100% sure about the twincest... haven't had anything from Skins yet. Emily/Katie are twins and yet I don't think I've heard of a single person shipping them romantically... hmm..

L/L is popular though I remember reading even twincest. I'm not sure about Katie/Emily but I think every pairing has a ship in the fandom world so who knows.
