I finally watched Girls this summer. Adam Driver performed quite well in that show.

Do we know why Kylo wants to be a part of the dark side? Or is that something that is yet to be revealed to the viewers? If they go the redemption route with this character, I really hope it is done well. Because obviously many SW fans were very upset about what he did to Han Solo in the last film. :/

We don't know why exactly, we know he wants to be like Vader but we don't know what exactly went wrong during his training with Luke that made him switch sides :eek:

Yeah, all we really know is that Snoke somehow swayed him while he was training with Luke and then everything went all wrong.

I think we'll get at least some of the background in this movie. :nod:

ETA: And I don't think the redemption will happen until movie 9, personally...but the building blocks on the road will definitely appear in movie 8. Or at least that's my thought. :look: :P

Oh agreed :nod: never thought would be TLJ, figured would be the conclusion to the trilogy IF a redemption arc
