We have to remember, though, that TFA takes place 30 years after ROTJ and Rey is only about 20, so Vader couldn't have created her.

I'm too set- I see them as cousins so I can't ship them romantically.
And yes, Rey needs to be a Skywalker or a Solo otherwise it would be disappointing if she's not. __________________

They are the balance of opposites for this new trilogy. The dark and the light.
This movie set up their rivalry perfectly. Not to mention how the earth broke apart with them on opposite sides. Obvious meaning behind that. __________________

I'm thinking she'll turn out to be Lukes daughter. It would be an odd thing to hide throughout the Force Awakens if Han and Leia actually knew her as they would if she was their daughter
She does seem like a very powerful Force user, and if there's one thing that has been abundantly established in the Star Wars universe it is that the Skywalker family is very powerful Force users __________________

Well guys even though this is from the EU Vader kept Luke's hand/saber he was planning on cloning Luke but the Emperor found out so they hid the hand/saber for safe keeping. After Vader died someone did clone Luke from the hand and the lightsaber is giving to the clone.
