ROTK rocked! It was so good, and even though it was hyped up, still met my expectations. Can't wait for the EE.

It deserves lots of Oscars; Sean Astin definitely deserves one, but I can't see the Academy being too generous because they never like "blockbusters". [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]

Bah, if a blockbuster has ever deserved it, this movie does.

Liz, don't worry, it doesn't even feel like 3.5 hours. It doesn't even feel as long as the other movies.

There are so many superlatives, so little time. I honestly don't know how to describe it. Easily one of the top 3 movies I've ever seen.

I don't see how one could complain about the length of such amazing movies! Even with the extended, they just aren't long enough for me!

I can't see a movie without a crowd anymore. It's so much better when everyone cheers and shouts and cries and laughs together.

Anyhoo, I don't like any movie best out of the three. I just think it's an amazing trilogy and ROTK was a breath-taking end. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

It was good seeing it with a crowd, I'd agree. Certain moments were just utterly enhanced by the unanimous crowd reaction. BRILLANT! Where's my guinness?
