Jon, art or not sometimes I don't want to see some strange guy's penis. I can't re-watch Schindler's List because of the scene where they're running in circles naked. I get that horrible stuff actually happened to them, but I just don't want to see people I don't know in their b-day suits.

Well, it's not that bad. What's bad is when I used to do tourist shows and the tourists always tried to lift up my loincloth. Both male and female, and the men were common enough that I can't just assume all of them were gay or bi. Women were far more common, though.

Alex, Steph mentioned Ewan's desire to show his "lightsaber" and his "Death Stars", and I made a joke about Ewan being naked in so many of his movies, so then I started talking about artistic nudity.

And did you look at the title? This qualifies as weirdness.

Juli, yeah that's the kind of sexual harassment I have to deal with with these tourism things. It brings in money, but there's that damn sexual harassment. I think most of them were just courious.

On more than one occasion I considered drinking just enough water that I could pee on command but not so much that I had to, just in case. Just because I got sick of it.

But that is a good question: What do the Jedi wear under their robes? I mean, we know Leia doesn't wear a bra.

And if you want to know why I haven't been to TFN in years, one word: Palpatease.

It was a "get your picture taken with a real live Indian" thing. Nothing major. So of course they expect traditional clothes. HTH

Well, it was one of those things for tourists. I needed the money. It was really kind of a carnival atmosphere.

Okay, but how naked is "mostly naked"? Are we talking boobs for a girl? Or do actual genitalia have to show?

And I know you'd consider "Palpatease" gross. His wrinkles have wrinkles! Maybe that's why he wanted to kill the Jedi, since at least according to George Lucas, they were more, ah, active. (George's way of making sure the Jedi aren't seen as "lame".)

I'm thinking of adding a scene in my L/M fanfic where Luke makes a reference to fanfic. Something like "The female techs in Rogue Squadron used to trade these stories about me all the time, some of them not-for-kids."

So by your definition, Cade's naked. I mean, isn't the implied incest (Oh wait, the issue where he picks up his half-sister at a bar hasn't made it to print yet.) and his deathstick habit enough to warrant a hard R already?

I define nude as genitals. Maybe that's just me. Or maybe butts for rear nudity. But I know you can only show a penis for a few seconds before getting the dreaded NC-17. As for Ewan, penis really doesn't belong in the Star Wars movies. That Lucas is on record saying Wookiees have six breasts and the Jedi are wild swingers shows just how much effort he puts into the ~~fanboy fetish fuel~~ details of his universe.
