Yeah, at that point, they'd pretty much resolved all the tension (as much as you can in a kids' movie; those were the days when Star Wars could still be considered a children's movie, when ROTS gave my little cousin nightmares).

Oh, speaking of little kids, when I was younger, I was sick and tired of my little brother's Power Rangers obsession, so I used to draw comics making fun of it (with some more mature subject matter), and one scene is an homage to Han and Leia in Cloud City. It's also an homage to Wrath of Khan, but Han and Leia's lines are used between two support crew members as the guy goes off to contain a reactor leak. (Don't worry; the good guys never die permanently, and in this case, subsequent time travel allows them to save the guy from the reactor just before it blows up.)

I made a whole bunch of Star Wars references in that comic. The characters always had "bad feelings", and there's a convoluted parody of "I am your father." that left much explanation to be desired. (Ironically, one of the support crew, the team physician, is also involved in a human cloning project, but that had to do more with the early politics of genetic patents than a direct Star Wars reference.) But I lost all the work, and I don't feel like drawing it again, so...

Aww, that's a bummer that is was all lost.
My dad did that to my drawing when he was cleaning the basement. I had a great portfolio I worked so long and hard on

And I was never motivated to draw it all again.

Yeah, in my case, I accidentally recycled it with some newspapers.

Well, right now I don't think the EU is doing much with them. Darth Lucas is all about the prequels, and Del Rey is actually being merciful to them, after torturing Leia and killing Chewie like that. Oh, and killing their sons. Still, for Del Rey, that's pretty merciful.

I am happy that in Rebirth (almost done with that book) they have reunited and are working together as privateers against the Vong.

I liked their classic banter has returned.

I hate that Del Rey killed their two sons.

Yeah, but one of their sons was a Scrappy, and the other one was a rare gem: A likable Wesley.
