Her body proportions are those of a much taller woman, so that's not heels. Clearly the artist disliked Portman's height and decided to edit it out. Which amounts to a form of discrimination. Like how Bryan Singer cast a six foot two guy as the five foot three Wolverine in X-Men. And everybody makes fun of Tom Cruise's height at every oppotunity.
Anakin looks a lot more like Hayden there than Padme does like Portman. __________________
