One thing I've always wondered about is when they say they used "stock footage" of Hayden...do they mean from another scene that he did and got cut, or was he just standing there waiting for a scene to start or something and there happened to be a camera on him? Because Hayden says he wasn't even aware that he was edited in, so he couldn't have acted that out specifically.

Stock footage is like archived footage that have on hand. So it could have been from anything, a deleted scene, video shot for testing light/costumes I suppose.....Anyone's guess really.

So they just pasted his head onto the body already there.

That's so weird. If I was Hayden I wouldn't be too happy, but I guess there's nothing he can do about it. I feel like GL should have at least told him, but whatever. He's George freaking Lucas.

I'm sure anytime they sign up to any movie they sign a waver that allows the studio to use the footage in any manner, anytime they want.

I'm sure that's true, that's why I said there was nothing he could do.

Personally, I think it would have been common courtesy to let Hayden know, or have GL's people call his agent or something.

But I'm also not running half the entertainment industry.
