Hi Liv! I am glad your dad’s physical health is improving. I am sorry to hear about your old colleague.

I am doing okay I guess. I was not in a good place mentally the past few days but I am trying to pull myself out of it today.

Things have been up and down here. My dad's physical health is improving, he's moving and walking around more. Mentally though he has been challenging. He seems quite bright today though. Yesterday was a tough day for me, had sad news about one of my old colleagues I used to work with before she went off sick before Christmas, she had passed away and the day with dad was just difficult all round.

Today should be a better day. I will be going back to work on Sunday. But am more or less well prepared for every precaution. It will be weird going back after three weeks away, it feels longer.
