I've only watched Onward twice, I remember liking it but it doesn't stick with me as much as other Pixar films have. It's definitely better than Brave (and Cars) though lol. The first time I saw it I was very disappointed that Ian didn't get to meet his father but I understand wanting to give Barley his chance to say goodbye to their father since he didn't. I did like when he realized his big brother was always there for him and basically his father figure, nice light bulb moment.

their pet dragon was cute
finally watched this movie for the first time tonight with my mom and we both enjoyed/liked it my mom got teary eyed at the ending and it definitely made me feel emotional as well agreed with you Liv and Butterfly85 about Ian, Barley, and their dad it’s too bad the movie wasn’t given the chance to do better at the box office edit: my mom and I were also stressed out watching this movie lol Last edited by atwoodsmariano; 11-23-2021 at 10:19 PM |

I wish this movie wasn't screwed over by the pandemic, I think it would of made a lot of money if it didn't have horrible timing.
