the climb up Pride rock and the roar is such an epic moment

and I’m actually not a huge fan of how Mufasa sounds in the “remember who you are” scene

Thanks!

Both scenes are epic. The ending is very powerful. Well, the whole film is so powerful from beginning to end. I get goosebumps the whole way through every time. This movie is so important to me.

Both of those scenes are epic, it would be hard to chose one!

Now of course I want to watch both of those scenes. That does not take much though.

These movies really make you feel lots of emotions.

The One Big Problem With The Live Action Lion King That Proves The Original Is Better

I just realized that they don’t have those expressive eyebrows like they do here anymore

I kinda find her underrated in this movie but I really love Moira Kelly’s voice as adult Nala

I also really love her on One Tree Hill

Yep. That's what you get when you try to make it look too realistic. The emotions are gone because real animals don't show facial emotions like we do.

I mean, they do show behavioural emotions. Like there's evidence that Elephants actually mourn death of fellow elephants. And obviously apes like Gorillas and Orang-utans show similar facial expressions as us.

This awesome video about animation is absolutely spot on.

I was so excited to see the Disney remakes ... but now I'm over it

The Lion King (2019): How to Succeed in Cinema Without Really Trying

I actually was just talking to my mom earlier this week about how people don’t appreciate the amount of work that went into animation back then
