I'm so excited for this! This is one of the Summer movies I'm saving for, I think this will top my current live action favorite: The Jungle Book. Guess we'll see.

Some people were worried the animals wouldn't be expressive enough in this realistic rendering but this 30 second clip proved them wrong.

Thank you for the new thread! I'm excited for this film. After the boyfriend (now fiance) and I watched The Jungle Book, we were both ready for a live-action The Lion King.

^^^I just saw that TV spot. I guess the singing is why they got Beyoncé to voice Nala. Every single trailer and TV spot has hit me in my feels and nostalgia HARD. They have just captured it so perfectly, I can't imagine how great this film will be. It was the first time hearing adult Simba and "Can you feel the love tonight?" It was so beautiful. I can't wait to see this!
