I guess they changed Elsa's design because they found that design to be too sharp for where they would eventually take her character. Originally she was meant to be a villain but they changed that. But yeah, same face syndrome became a problem, they're making all their characters look too soft with the big eyes and same thin smile.

Well, she was treated like a villain by some. There needs to be more snow in the next "Frozen". Have Elsa forget how to use her powers or something.

True, she was treated like a villain. I don't think Elsa really needs to use her ice powers unless it's necessary now.

Originally in the story, they were going to make Elsa an actual villain, not someone who was misrepresented as a villain because of her powers which they eventually decided to go with for her character. Those drawings showed a sharper side to Elsa's design and her character.

I mean, yeah, I would want to use her powers whenever too. I'm sure Elsa does use them whenever she wants to, but it's not as if she's living a boring life as the protector of the Enchanted Forest.

Well, Elsa is perhaps going to be synomomous with a hurricane. Oh well. If there was going to be a hurricane with same name of a Disney character though, 1 from "Frozen" is not surprising. & it's Elsa.

Yeah, I heard about that. There was an "Anna" hurricane before I believe.
