I do enjoy the shows they have like PaceyandJoey4Eva mentioned, but yeah, just the movies, they really seem to have gone downhill.

The original Disney movies are almost a joke. The last one i watched was the one with the the boy who turned into a merman on his 13th birthday.

I like the Halloweentown movies, but none of the other Disney Channel movies have looked interesting lately.

yeah see for ME I feel like when Micheal Eisner took over he ruined the Disney Empire
Alena I LOVE Disneyland (and I'm living proof that you are NEVER to old for Disney.cause I"m 33) I go there every year and it never ever loses its magic
I however am not to fond of Disney's California Adventure I MEAN its ALRIGHT but for me its not as magical as Disneyland itself (although the Soarring over California ride there is probably one of its best)

I think you're right, since he's taken over, there was a big downslide in disney stuff.

I heard that to but I'm not sure if he did or not
I would have MUCH rather had Roy Disney as Disney's CEO after Walt died atleast THEN it would still be in the Disney Family but NOOOO
and I could speak volumes on how Micheal ruined it but I'll be nice

Yeah, I do hope that with the changing over that there might be an improvement, but I'm not holding my breath. The only good disney movies of late are the pixar ones, and that partnership is pretty much over now...

Although I think that people are being a bit too harsh by saying everything to come out of Disney in the last few years was bad, I can understand you, as in my mind, although generally good (of the ones that I have seen, only Atlantis, Snow Dogs and Treasure Planet stand out as poor), the 2000 films haven't been as good as the 80s/90s films (which as a group aren't as good as the 40s and 50s films ). I also found Pirates of the Caribbean overrated. Needless to say, this minor dark era could lead to better things. Remember when a great classic named Cinderella restored the glory at Disney after WW2 hurt the Disney studio and made them make more economical yet fragmented anthology features like The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr Toad and So Dear to My Heart? And when a failed attempt to make Disney more hip (with more mature films like Return to Oz and The Black Cauldron not making a splash) resulted in ever popular films (even amongst adults) The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Expect a renaissance soon.
