The Lion King II is so underrated. Out of all the Disney sequels released direct to DVD, I think that one was good enough for a theatrical release!

It really does. It's funny how it was made at the same Disney Toon studios that made some of the worst direct to video sequels. They just had to step up their game with The Lion King II 'cause The Lion King was the biggest animated film ever so it was really important they made a worthy successor.
