HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NORWAY!!! It's our National Day today, so it's all about celebration. Just came back in from watching the parade. Wore my national costume, but it was cold outside. Glad to be back inside and out of that heavy thing. Heading to a friend's house soon for some hot dogs and celebration with friends.

... so, I've had the worst few days ever. I had to bring my grandmother to the emergency room midnight Friday night, and it was just... super scary. She's stable now and in a normal room in the hospital, but yeah. Sigh.

I hope everything turns out okay!

I studied for 3 hours earlier today... and now I don't feel like studying anymore, even though I should... I can't do school on weekends, apparently. My exam is on Thursday, so I still have a few days, but... gah! I fhate being like this!!!!

She was actually discharged a few hours ago, which was a huge relief. It's just been hell these past few days. I've lived at the hospital and I hate, hate, hate hospitals. She's going to be okay, though, thank God.

I know you'll do amazing, Jor! I have all the faith in the world.

Definitely... it's just crazy how life works, you know? As horrible as this weekend was, it ended on a really positive note. My brother bought his girlfriend an engagement ring! I went with him, and I just felt like crying. He's been through so much in the past with a relationship gone horrid and he's happy now. There was a time when I really thought he'd never find this and I just love him so much. Sniffs.

Linds - It goes... I have a busy week ahead of me with studying, taking the final, packing, cleaning, moving... you name it. And I'm awaiting the results of my written exam from last week. We have to get the results this week, I think, in order to prepare ourselves properly for the oral exam (if we pass, that is). Just came home from the library. Eating some dinner, then it's back to the books. Gotta take a little break first, though. (knowing me, it'll extend itself to several hours...)
