Those shoes are great. However, the jacket over dress thing...nope, don't like it. But I would be interested to see what the dress looks like without the jacket.

That was my first thought when I saw the picture, too. I love the color of the dress and it would've been nice to see what style the rest of it was.

According to People, the dress was Jean Paul Gaultier.
