Stop everything and ask your grandmother to make you some good old fashioned stuffing with real sausage. None of that boxed bready stuff.

I've had lamb and I think it's gross. That tells me all I need to know about eating adorable things.

I always liked yams, but I didn't know how AMAZING they could be in a casserole until my friend gave me a recipe. I make that every Thanksgiving now.

Stuffing is still my fave, though. You don't know what you're missing.

Lamb is gross. I hate lamp chops. I also hate meatloaf.

Are yams like sweet potatoes?

I like some kinds of meatloaf. I actually have a great "healthy meatloaf" recipe that is quite delicious.

Yes, yams are like sweet potatoes, except larger and usually sweeter.

I might actually try that.

I always forget if I like sweet potatoes or not because I don't eat them often.
My grandma made regular boiled potatoes for Thanksgiving and I enjoyed them a lot.

See, I'm not into boiled potatoes or baked potatoes. I really only like mashed potatoes or potato by-products (chips, fries).

Sweet potatoes and yams are ok when they are baked, but they are waaaaay better when mixed up as a casserole with brown sugar and marshmallow topping.

She doesn't make traditional Thanksgiving food because she's from Italy. I don't like all that traditional stuff anyway. I rather have an Italian-Amercian Thanksgiving.
