I haven't dressed up for Halloween since so long! A couple of years ago I really wanted to get a costume of "V", from V for Vendetta, but I couldn't find any

But also, it's not common that people organize Halloween dress-up parties over here...Usually you only find costumes for kids and that's it

I haven't dressed up in a while either. I am always too broke to spend any money on a costume, and I am not nearly creative enough to make one.
