It was in the beginning. But some counties were doing better than others, so then it was given to each county to decide that. My county has always mandated them. But some counties, like Orange County, were getting too lax and causing the virus to spread, so the governor stepped in and made it a mandate for all counties now.

A small business. The guy who owned it is going to work for a friend now and the woman who did my hair said I could go to her house. But she doesn't want to work on weekends which sucks.
