Is it illegal for people to set off fireworks in CA like it is in NY?
It doesn't stop people, of course, but here the cops are on you like butter on popcorn. __________________

Some are illegal. Depends on the city/county. The inland ones, most fireworks are illegal due to fire risk, but that doesn't stop people from setting off fireworks that sound like a war zone.
 Seems like only dying from it will stop them.Chicago father killed by firework in front of his son __________________
