Does it rain, like, 1 day a year in CA?

More like 1-2 weeks, all in December/January.

We got so little rain last year which is why we are in such a drought now.

It's a shame giant showerheads can't somehow be installed over CA so it can rain without having to wait for Mother Nature.

That seems like a reasonable solution.

It'll have to do until Storm becomes real.
