Watch out, they'll come out for you with: Stop oppressing me, my feelings matter, and I don't want anyone to watch and enjoy it, so there! *stomps foot like a toddler*

I need that Batman slapping Robin meme. I’d be Batman.

I have a list of things I want to watch.

I loved it! I cried when Philip died and then Alexander. I was like, there better not be a Malcolm in this thing die next!! j/k Had Alexander not been such a philanderer, his son never would have had to defend his honor and died. Bet he felt super guilty for that. Wouldn't you? They did name their final son Philip II in his honor, though. So many children...

Quote:
Elizabeth and Alexander Hamilton had eight children:
Philip (January 22, 1782 – November 23, 1801), who was killed in a duel three years before his father's fatal duel
Angelica (September 25, 1784 – February 6, 1857), who suffered a mental breakdown after her older brother's death and lived to the age of 72 in a state described as "eternal childhood," unable to care for herself
Alexander, Jr. (May 16, 1786 – August 2, 1875)
James Alexander (April 14, 1788 – September 24, 1878), who acted as Secretary of State for 23 days in March 1829
John Church (August 22, 1792 – July 25, 1882)
William Stephen (August 4, 1797 – October 9, 1850)
Eliza (November 20, 1799 – October 17, 1859), who married Sidney Augustus Holly
Philip, also called "Little Phil" (June 1, 1802 – July 9, 1884), named after his older brother that had died one year before his birth
The Hamiltons also raised Frances (Fanny) Antill, an orphan who lived with them for ten years beginning in 1787 when she was 2 years old.
I was laughing hysterically with King George. That was so funny. I had no idea it was Jonathan Groff until the credits. I was like, what?!?! The Mindhunter dude?!?! He was great.

All around, a great show.

And Eliza forgiving him and then singing about all she did when she died, it got me.

I think it's weird to name a kid after another one of your kids who died.

Poor Angelica

King George was one of my favorite parts.

Jonathan shows a lot of versatility to go from serious, buttoned-up Holden to silly King George.

It's insane that duels were a thing.

So that's why Charlize has been everywhere lately.
Never dying sounds like a nightmare.

Especially if you have family. You'll see them all die and resent you.

I was thinking more like, you'll be alive when this planet is destroyed by our dead sun. I don't want to be around for that.

And if you believe in heaven, you'll never get to see your loved ones there.
