I wonder if he'll ever do a film that I like more than VG. It's been my reigning fav for a long while now.

Really? I didn't know VG is your absolute favorite. I think after a while, even if another movie really is better, it still can't become a favorite because it doesn't have that sentimental factor.

Same can be said for characters. I'll always love Christian because he's who made me a big Ewan fan even if Ewan does a better acting job or gets handed a meatier character in another film.

ICA. I think the sentimental factor weighs in heavily. The longer you love something, the harder it is to replace it.

VG is 100% my favorite Ewan film, but it is followed very closely by Trainspotting and Big Fish.

Trainspotting is a good runner up. That one is second for me after MR.
