Another favourite scene of mine is Gimli, Legolas and Aragorn meeting Eomer and his men in the Ridder-Mark.

Viggo breaking down was amazing. He's such an instinctual actor. I never saw him do anything onscreen that wasn't amazingly present.

TTT is so strong on it's own. So many times the middle of a trilogy lags but this one was great. The introduction of characters, the pacing, it all made a perfect bridge from Fellowship and tor Return.

Me too.

Poor guy.

But it was so wonderfully played.

And I love all the scenes from Rohan, such beautiful landscape.

And we got to meet the Rohirrim. I like them very much, we get to know so much more of them as from the people of Gondor.

I like how it never feels like filler - it really stands alone as a great film.

hmmm i have alot but the best would be Helm's Deep scene..aside from getting many Aragorn/ Legolas/ Gimli moments...we get to see a hot, wet elf! although i wished Legolas had more lines in elvish!

Ouch on the broken toe, I remember that. And he just kept going. But the breakdown...Viggo always gives it his all when it comes to doing these scenes. I have not watched a movie where he hasn't given it his all.
