So Richard Armitage is going to be at the Comic Con next weekend, hopefully that means new photos & interviews

In the meantime, we got some new images, including a new Thorin images, just follow the link in the article

Thanks to Ali, over at RichardArmitageNet.com for sharing some new images in the lively discussion happening on our Hobbit discussion board regarding the recent Entertainment Weekly article on The Hobbit. Two additional pictures are apparently available on the tablet version of the article that celebrates The Hobbit and Comic-Con. In one of the new images, we see a ‘kinder, gentler’ version of Thorin (right), as well as Dwalin and Balin putting their heads together to discuss something in Bag End while Bilbo stands behind them overhearing their conversation (looking a bit worried). They also have scans of the article for those who haven’t run out and purchased the real thing yet.

I can't wait to see new interviews with our RA --- I wonder if he kept the beard?!?!?

On a more serious note, I know I'll love hearing him talk of the complexity of Thorin's character --- he is ALWAYS so insightful when it comes to his characters.

And I hope he finally takes a bit of a break after ComicCon --- frankly, the whole cast should just go on vacation together ---- they SO deserve the rest.

Oh, RA soooo deserves a long rest after filming The Hobbit.....but being the workaholic that he is, it seems he did not listen to my advice (from earlier posts --- take a vacation!).

He's currently filming a tornado movie in the U.S. --- apparently with an American accent & he plays a father! BUT most importantly --- HE'S BEARDLESS!!!

He looks more like John Porter right now...I'm not complaining!

Really quick....as I am at work right now....but I had to post:

Enjoy your day & out of respect, I just spent much of my lunch hour watching the final scene of North & South....some things in life never truly get old....

ETA:

OMG! OMG! I just read of another fan encounter with RA (a few fans have been visiting the movie set (around Detroit, Michigan, U.S) in hopes of meeting him (and have had the best luck of actually meeting him, BTW) & apparently he mentioned to a fan about a restaurant in Windsor, Ontario (Canada)....which is right across the U.S. border at Michigan. WTF?!?! RA WAS HERE IN CANADA & ONLY a 3 1/2 hour drive away from me ----> trust me, 3 1/2 hours would NOT have been a problem, if it meant a lifetime of such a treasured memory ---- meeting RA!!!!!

Maybe I should start visiting Windsor on the weekends....
