| Moderator Support Team   | The CAST OF LOTR HOLDING A Q&A SESSION…details inside... Nope, sorry guys yet another lame-o lie to get you guys to come look at something that's important. Lately, the Lord of the Rings board has been slow…really slow…almost glacial. Our post count has been so low that the board did not reach the minimum-posting amount to be kept at Fan Forum this month. Now, nothing is happening right now but if people don’t starting posting more often, we will loose our board. This board has been around since the inception of the LOTR films, and I see camaraderie amongst the fans of both the films and the books, to loose it now would be sad. I’m aware that when the Extended Edition comes out in December that posts will increase significantly, however if we don’t rectify this problem now we might not have a board in December. The minimum amount of post the board needs to stay afloat is 100 per week…that is ten posters, posting ten messages and I know that there is more than that around here. I’m putting my dedication into saving this board, and if it matters to you I hope that you will do the same. I also encourage people who know other fans who are not members to encourage them to come to Fan Forum where they can talk about the films/books in a friendly setting. :rose: Mandy Co-Mod of the Lord of the Rings board. __________________ Mandy Make This The Month Everything Changes! | Thanks for letting us know about this Mandy. I adore this board and will do what I can to help now that life is lightening up a little for me. I wouldn't want to lose our home here on FF.
