I felt like the jealousy only came after the monks chose Danny to face the trials to be the Iron Fist... it's like he said, he thought it was his right to be it, so he felt disappointed or maybe just angry about that.

Seeing from Davos' point of view, I can understand the feeling of being betrayed and left behind for his best friend. Not that it gives him an excuse to want to kill Danny
