it's too bad that getting her father back and then losing him again was too much for her

she didn't know who to trust and in the end she trusted the wrong person..

She felt betrayed that both Danny and Ward knew about him not being dead and kept her out of the loop... and then the next thing she knew her father was dead... it was very shocking, so it's understandable that her trust in them is broken

And that too, Joanna. When she got her father back, she lost him again. So I can't really blame her for striking a deal with Davos. She wants some answers.

Si, I don't generally like "too nice" characters (depends on the show too). I want them to have grey areas as well.

The least Ward and Danny could've done was try to reach her and explain exactly what had happened.

I think that when a character is too nice, it gets boring, and it's so much easier to connect and relate to characters that are good but have layers

She has every right not to trust them at the start of S2. Nice characters always bore me lol.

Yeah, that's what I think too, about her not trusting them... they lied to her, and she is hurt

Yep, hopefully they deal with it properly in season 2.

That's true. And right now, Joy will definitely have an interesting story arc for S2. I can't wait.

I just hope she won't be in too deep with Davos. She doesn't know that he might be bad news so hopefully she gets out of his hold early before it gets too late.
