Blood Bonds- 1.09 - episode discussion episode description: With Astra in captivity at the DEO, her husband, Non (Chris Vance), captures Hank, leading to a tense standoff between the two sides. She better just give up and accept that Cat knows because what is there even to gain storywise by taking it back? Other than Cat being annoyed when she finds out she was right and they lied when she finds out again.
Urgh, why do we have to wait until Monday? |

I really love the conflict between Kara and Astra. Keep it goinggg!! Also, I get where Cat is coming from, I just wish she didn't see it that way. |

I did not like the Cat/Kara secret reveal approach during this episode.
 So, Kara is pretending not to be Supergirl even though Cat Grant saw her without the glasses? Doesn't make much sense to me.I guess the writers don't want Cat knowing yet but it makes me upset because it totally ruins the scene from last episode. Like what a big waste of time it was for Cat to remove Kara glasses and thank her only for us to return this week and all lies.How obvious is it that Hank (J'onn J'onzz) will help Kara out here?;lol: I'm only 20 minutes in right now. |

While Cat giving Kara an ultimatum... proves she's not Supergirl or clear out her desk...
Cool seeing Winn and James working together. ... aww no, James got caught by Maxwell. Saving Hank mission. I know that Cat is going down the tough approach but I totally understand her. Not dealing with Kara's lying B/S. lol Great acting from Melissa in this episode again. I loved the scene between Winn, James and Kara. |
