^ you know me well, OR I am just predictable... or both
 I think it was implied a few times that they hung out and had some lunch dates etc in between episodes  so a good part of their relationship developed off screen. I am soooo intrigued by Lena's real mother. I feel like they wouldn't have brought it up as much if there wasn't more to the story, and there is so much they could do with it. Especially since they've built it up too how important that mother/daughter relationship is to Lena, with her strained relationship with Lillian and then the way she was so quick to trust Rhea when she gave her a hint of that type of relationship that she's been missing all her life. If her actual mother is still alive, I really hope they don't make her evil too... poor baby has had enough of that  __________________
