I really think it's just a matter of time. Or the writers are selling Cat short of how smart she is/we know her to be!

I felt that way since the reveal. It can't be THAT easy for her to drop it if she didn't know.

I think she accepted it back when she saw 'Supergirl' and Kara in the same room, but now she must know that Supergirl knows someone that is essentially a shapeshifter. I find it hard to believe that she hasn't put two and two together.

This could be true.
I guess we'll find out sooner or later. I feel we might find out in this episode I don't know but if not I feel like we might not find out until season 2 whenever and if we get it

Yeah. I feel like they are holding back because they kind of want someone to not really know. Meaning like they want to have one person that is a series regular or "recurring" (put in quotes that I mean is recurring but kind of like a series regular but not) not know of Kara being Supergirl. I mean if you think about it basically everyone on the show knows this.

Yep, now that Lucy knows it is pretty much everyone. I want Cat to know though, it would be kind of nice for her to know how involved she really is in saving the city, because lbr, Kara probably couldn't do as much as she does without Cat's advice.
