I love that too. He is always so concern about her and wanted to comfort her their talk in 3x11 is one of my favorite s3 scene

I know the way they looked at each other was Mon-El is still so in love. His speech to j'onn about his feelings for Kara that was my favorite scene of the episode

I hope it will be by the end of this season, but I have the sensation it will happen next season. I don't know...maybe we will have a kiss or a declaration in the finale and then in the first eps of s4 they will decide to actually get back together (just like what happened to Olicity) sure our situation is a little more complicated but it'so clear to everyone that their love is still there. I believe that a love so strong will overcome everything

Tbh I have no idea what the cliffhanger could be this season.
