· Kara lives on “Hope” street? That's awesome

· Jeremiah died of a heart attack? I thought his death would be more interesting than that.

· So the tinfoil people think they’re in the real world? I guess Leviathan IS trying to create The Matrix.

· What's up with the NPCs? I'm assuming they're controlled by Leviathan, and are there to make sure people don't ever leave VR-Land. Kind of like the Agent Smith of this Universe.

· Disappointed we didn’t get to hear Alex (Chyler) sing karaoke.

Regardless, she was fantastic. So emotional.

· Loved getting some focus on Alex and Kelly in this episode, and Nia last episode.

· So far, I’m enjoying 5B so much more than 5A. 5A had too much focus on Lena. I'm relieved that 5B has cut down on the Lena show (thank goodness), and given us Kara finally standing up for herself, along with a Brainy-centric episode; an Alex-centric episode; and a Nia-centric episode (the latter two of which there was no Lena in sight).

Hopefully next season, Kara gets an overarching story in which she’s a proactive character rather than a reactive one.

So well said. I couldn't agree more. Melissa/Kara deserve this, the fandom deserves this. Kara is our hero, proactive instead of reactive is a must.

That did feel like an anticlimactic end to his storyline. But it was an easy way for the writers to wrap up his storyline without bringing the actor back.

Hmm, interesting observation. What is the endgame here with the VR world and Leviathan? I can't just be, to take over the world. There has to be something bigger.

I did like the little nod that Kara lives on Hope St.

I enjoyed the episode. It had good emotional growth for Alex in terms of dealing with grief although I felt something was missing. The 23rd was the anniversary of my father's death so I know how much it sucks. Maybe I'm just burned out from the emotions from that event so this one didn't hit me like other ones have when someone's father dies.

I think it also didn't impact me as much since I never saw the earlier episodes with Jeremiah and I was reading on some discussion groups that he was played by Dean Cain and I saw how he behaved on Twitter so I felt it was good riddance to his character.

I hope they will be able to rescue Bonnie. I liked her. Good actress for the part.

I found it funny how over-the-top Brainy was in Alex's VR world.

It was slightly surprising to me that he went to the funeral and sat next to Nia, but I suppose even though he's trying to distance himself he still wanted to be there to support Kara before things blow up with the Lex situation.

I wonder how the NSA person was able to track the missing VR people to that one location. Also curious about the satellites being launched and if it was Lex or if it was Leviathan responsible.

J'onn was good in this one. I never realized the Cadmus guy looked like J'onn's human image.

My guess is that Leviathan plans to get everyone hooked on the VR where it can feed them and keep them alive/nourished & they live their virtual lives obliviously where they can't be out in the real world causing harm to the planet-- although the whole saving the planet thing makes no sense given the earth bender guy was trying to cause massive destruction & the carbon emissions from the volcano he tried to bring up would have severely damaged the ozone layer. But, I don't think the writers actually use any real knowledge of geology or science. LOL.

I was listening to Supergirl Radio's recap and review of the episode, and one of the ladies' brought up an important point: Alex as Supergirl admitted that she has a sister, and we saw that it was Kara Danvers in the VR world. Presumably, IT keeps records of everything that happens in the VR world. Is there a log that exists now where someone in IT knows that Kara Danvers is Supergirl?

There could be a log of that. I'm not ruling it out at this time. I watched this episode earlier today. It's nice to see alternative realities on T.V as in this episode. Currently in the "real world" there's a pandemic going on Alex & Kara's dad wouldn't have likely had a funeral to go to, but thankfully the script was different than that. WE did get to see Alex use freeze breath, which was nice. What abjetj that Hank Henshaw was. What did you think of the wig Alex was wearing ad "Supergirl" on this episode?
