Not gonna lie, I was expecting a lot more than that so, I did fill a little let down, because I was just expecting it more and for some reason I wasn't expecting to be on Jeremiah's last moments. But I'm still glad we got to see it

I'm glad we got to see it too, and Jeremiah recognized that J'onn is a refugee like Kara is.

Yep, they saw him shift, so running wouldn't really have helped anyone. It will forever be beautiful that he risked his life to save Kara and Alex. Keeping his promise to what he knew could be the bitter end.

He really is. He's been a father figure to Alex especially for years now, but now that they have the opportunity of getting Jeremiah back, and he's helping them instead of worrying about how it affects him.

That's true. Finding Jeremiah could mean he's no longer needed as a "father" figure, but he's still useful in helping them go against baddies. And they can't take back how much they care for each other!
