Last season they made Cadmus sound like it was one thing, but this year it feels like it's another thing? Like it's more independent? I don't know how to explain it..

I think Cadmus is, as they said last season, still a Government facility, only it's not being checked as it should and the woman in charge is going way too far.

I'm a bit confused about Cadmus too. It SHOULD be a secret Government facility, but they seem to be acting more like terrorists. I don't get it. (Also, didn't they say last year that Clark refused to work with the Government because of Cadmus?).

I don't think the government does or have already tried to shut them down but failed doing it. So Cadmus is underground now.

Seems more like she wants revenge for what Superman did to Lex. If she really cared about protecting the world from aliens she'd have done something when Astra and Non were causing trouble.
