Please post what episode, scene and Charecter so everyone is on the same page. Then we can all have a debate about how we think it could have gone inside their brain.

Here's mine:

EPISODE: Quentisensial Deckerstar
SCENE: on the Balcony when Lucifer confesses his feelings to Chloe
CHARECTER: Chloe
INNER THOUGHTS: "Wait, is he trying to say.....oh crap, he is. Right, don't interrupt just let him work it out and say it. Let him finish or you'll scare him off. No sudden moves or he'll panic"

Every time I see the look on Chloe's face when Lucifer actually starts talking about how he feelings I just can't help but put those thoughts in her head. She's seen him avoid saying it so many times, she's silently encouraging him but knows if she doesn't let him figure it out for himself he'll back away from the conversation and close himself off again.

Yeah, and I think that's one of the reasons why he looks so immature to her.

"Anything Pierce Can Do..."

Does anyone else think Chloe was hoping Lucifer was going to propose when he set that romantic scene up for her? And that was why she was so quick to say yes to Pierce?

Maybe not propose, but definitely admit he had feeling for her and wanted a romantic relationship.

I think it's definitely why she said yes to Peirce. He was being open with his feeling and saying all the things Lucifer wasn't. She was frustrated so, when someone confessed they loved her and wanted to marry her, she impulsively lept for a change.

Yeah, I think she just couldn't deal with Luci anymore, must have been torture for her to wait for him all the time and see these forward and backward dances and maybe she justed wanted to end this torture by marrying Pierce and get on with her life.

I definitely think her saying yes to Pierce was an impulsive decision. Maybe she hoped that by saying yes to marrying Pierce it would make Lucifer finally confess his feelings.

Or just get her out of the rut where she was waiting for Lucifer to finally decide if he wanted to be with her or not.

I agreed she was probably so sick of his back and forth she just wanted a change.

Now we know that Pierce getting shot in the episode 'What would Lucifer do?' was deliberate and part of his plan to try and die, what do we think was running through his head as he lay on the floor and Decker was trying to keep him alive whilst she waited for the ambulance?

Something along the line of:
"I'm a horrible person who's going to hell but that needed to be done. At least justice is served"
