I think if the wings survive the aftermath of being shot and get to heal without Lucifer deciding to cut them.off again they will prob stay. I think he's got too used to being able to fly places and found them useful so will prob keep them... hopefully

I would like it if he kept them but since the reason for him getting them back has to do with how he views himself I'm not sure they'll still be around

I'm hoping they will stay around, but would guess if he cuts them off they won't grow back anymore

That would actually be really interesting to see like if he cut them off and they didn't grow back what would his reaction be? Would he actually be as happy/relieved as he thinks he would be?
