I don't think they'll incorporate the episode itself into the timeline but I hope they incorporate the events of the episode into the show, and that at some point we do get to see Azrael again. The benefit of the episode taking time in a unestablished time is that they can put it in the back burner to use when they please without affecting the continuity.

I hope the bullet necklace comes up again at some point.
And I'd love to see Trixie discover Luci has wings. Would be so cute to see her ask him if he is a guardian angel and see his annoyed reaction. |
