Yes dan has faced yes, and if he has a good lawyer, he will be faster out there again. Maybe even Lucifer his finger in the pie?!

That a nice theory, Lucifer helping Dan out. I like it. And it could happen, I feel like Lucifer gained a little bit of respect(?) for Dan. And if Lucifer is involved Dan could definitely get his job back quickly.

I can see that happening, I think Dan/Lucifer really bonded on that episode where Lucifer got shot. The Chloe factor makes it a bit awkward but I think they can get past it.
